1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rex Line Curtains LLC website at rexline.ae ("Site") and any services, products or quotations we provide. By accessing the Site or placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

Rex Line Curtains LLC provides:

• Free home visits, design consultations and no-obligation quotations
• Supply and installation of curtains, blinds, carpets, wallpapers, wall panels and flooring
• Measurement and fabrication services at our in-house workshop
• Aftercare and warranty support on completed installations

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any order or project at our discretion.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on measurements taken during the home visit; any subsequent changes to scope may result in a revised quotation. Prices are inclusive of materials, fabrication and installation labour unless explicitly excluded in writing. We do not display prices on the Site; all pricing is provided on a per-project basis.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed when you approve the quotation in writing (via WhatsApp, email or a signed order form) and pay the required deposit. Typically:

• A 50% deposit is required to commence fabrication
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of installation
• Payment methods: cash, bank transfer or credit card (charges may apply)

Late payment may result in delayed installation slots. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 5% per month.

5. Delivery & Installation

We provide indicative lead times at the time of order confirmation; these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays. You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property on the agreed installation date. Postponements requested with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee of AED 150.

6. Cancellation & Returns

Because all products are made to measure, cancellations after production has commenced will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If we are unable to complete the order due to our own error, we will refund any deposit paid in full. Installed products may not be returned unless they are found to be defective. Please inspect all work at the time of installation and raise any issues before the installation team leaves.

7. Warranty

All installations carry a 12-month workmanship warranty covering defects in fabrication or fitting. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, or events beyond our control. To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@rexline.ae with photographs and a description of the defect. We will assess and respond within 5 working days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from third-party actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of Rex Line Curtains LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Website Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time without notice. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the courts of Dubai for final resolution.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
